Privacy Policy
LibreGuard VPN is designed to minimize the amount of data we need to operate the service. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
1. Information we may process
We may process information needed to create and manage your account, process payments, respond to support requests, and keep the service running reliably.
- Account details you choose to provide
- Billing and transaction information handled by our payment providers
- Support messages and technical troubleshooting information
- Limited operational data needed to maintain abuse prevention, fraud prevention, and service reliability
2. Information we do not aim to collect
We do not design the service around collecting your browsing history, DNS queries, or the contents of the traffic you send through the VPN tunnel.
Where operational logs are used for billing, abuse prevention, or reliability, they are kept limited and retained only as long as needed for those purposes.
3. How we use information
- To provide and improve the VPN service
- To process subscriptions and refunds
- To answer support requests
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or abuse
- To meet legal and accounting obligations where required
4. Sharing and third parties
We share data only with service providers that help us run the business, such as payment processors, hosting providers, and support tools. We do not sell personal data.
5. Your choices
You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of the personal information we control, subject to legal and operational requirements.
6. Security
We use standard administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect the service and the information associated with it.
7. Contact
